Passive House Tour: Pan-American Square Apartments, Buffalo

The Pan-American Square Apartments are a 174,000 square foot, 150-unit new construction affordable housing apartment complex currently under construction on the site of a North Buffalo abandoned rail line. The development will include three four-story buildings, all linked by one-story walkways. The project achieved PHIUS+ 2018 and Source Zero Pre-Certification in 2022.

The cost for the event is $5 for Phius Alliance NY members and $10 for non-members.
